An extensive background in Mental Health and professionally accredited in business and finance Tim strives to improve opportunities for people who most need dedicated support and advice. Tim is delighted to work with external and internal partners to ensure these ambitions are realised for people we support and the communities with whom we work. Tim ensures YVHSC has accountable, effective, and efficient leadership.

Gloria is Head of Volunteering for YVHSC’s hugely successful volunteer and intern programme. The programme supports hundreds of volunteers across the organisation and recruits interns from around the world to gain experience of Health and Social Care in the UK. Gloria additionally leads on carers support,specifically information,advice and guidance.

As the Head of Policy, Governance and Business development Namrata’s role is to deliver a critical support and coordination for the whole organisation, committed to high standards and quality responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of company-wide information, governance, systems and procedures. Led and supported by the Chief Executive the Head of Policy, Governance and Business Development provide strategic leadership to foster excellent relationships with all stakeholders to secure connected, value added partnerships and realise organisational exponential growth. This post oversee a policy governance framework for the organisation, which includes quality assurance and monitoring processes for the development, review and update of organisational policies on a rolling systematised cycle.
Winnie Okitundu

Winnie assumes leadership of the human resources function within the organisation, which encompasses a broad array of responsibilities. These responsibilities can be broadly categorised as managing the employee lifecycle, extending from recruitment to exit, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Key areas of focus comprise recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
The Corporate Services Team actively participates in supporting, developing, and implementing the strategic plans of YVHSC, consistent with the company’s mission and vision statements. This encompasses the management of the organisation's administrative functions and the coordination of office processes and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the team assumes an active role in supporting the submission of tender and grant documents, as well as providing appropriate and timely communication across all levels of the organisation.

Adebayo is an astute financial professional with over 15 years finance leadership experience in both the private sector and the not-for-profit sector cut across both Africa and the UK. He provides financial advisory to the board and the management team as well as leading the finance team in ensuring system improvement and highlighting insights on the financial performance and sustainability of the organisation.

Pip is passionate about providing Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support to families and children across multiple London boroughs. Working closely with parents, schools, and local authorities, The YVHSC SEND Directorate advocates for children with a wide range of SEND requirements. From supporting families with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to facilitating access to appropriate services, Pip is committed to empowering families and helping every child reach their full potential.
Pip's role focuses on guiding families through the challenges of navigating the SEND system while delivering tailored support that ensures children receive the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
