Richard Jones is the Chair and Finance Director of Your Voice. Richard is an ex-Senior Civil Servant and spent nearly 40 years in central government. In addition to his role at Your Voice, Richard is now the Strategy Director at Hawkrose Ltd, a software and data analysis company.

Thomas is a primary care commissioner with over 15 years experience of working in the NHS. He has particular expertise in GP commissioning, contract management and related service provision.
Lloyd Ryan - llyd@yvhsc.org.uk
A recently retired civil servant with a strong record of accomplishment for leading and inspiring others through coaching, mentoring and providing peer group support to deliver strategic objectives.
John Thrower - john@yvhsc.org.uk
John had a 40 year career in the Civil Service, working in Whitehall and in overseas postings. He brings to the Your Voice Board a range of experience, including project management, human resources and industrial relations. He has also served as a worker, and as a trustee on the board, in a recycling and upskilling charity.
Seema Sharma - seema@yvhsc.org.uk
Seema Sharma is a Non-executive Director of Your Voice. Seema has over 20 years' experience of executive management within a global pharmaceutical organisation. She's held senior leadership roles within Technology, Procurement, Risk and Assurance.
